Although, from the looks of this first photo in our new weekly series, they don't always seem to know how to use them. LiLo doesn't need user manuals, she's got guys like this dude to show her how to work the Blackberry. I don't have confirmation, but I think he is showing her that you can't undelete your dealer's digits. Once they're gone, they're gone.
