When Tek (that's me) feels like watching a show that is on early, he turns to the Early Show on CBS. No real reason other than its clever name. This morning the Early Show showed off some gadgets for girls. However, it wasn't one of the gadgets that caught my attention, it was a gadget accessory.
A very expensive gadget accessory to be more precise. CNETS's Natali del Conte, who is a tech journalist, a girl and not at all bad on the eyes (three things required to do a gadgets for girls segment on television) showed off something called the Bodhi Laptop Clutch.
Take a good look at it. Do you see it? Ok, now take a look at your laptop. How much did it run you?
If you said less than $2,000, than you are looking at a laptop clutch that is more expensive than the laptop you own. Seriously, if you lost the bag you'd be more upset that you lost the bag than the computer it was designed to hold.
Now that we are well acquainted with this bag, (Tek's bag, by the way cost him a grand total of free) let's take a guess at who would rock it.
Here's the criteria for who would own such a bag:
1) Someone with enough money to drop $2,000 on a laptop bag
2) Someone who uses a laptop.
3) A girl
4) Someone who doesn't mind people saying, "I can't believe she spent $2,000 on a laptop bag!"
Since Hillary Duff carries her laptop caseless , I guess she is out of the running. Kanye is a guy, but that might not stop him.
But my guess is none other than Ms. Paris Hilton. I don't really have much of a reason to say her, but I know you aren't disagreeing with me. Are you?
